With over 22 years of legal experience, I specialize in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting, and governance. I have advised multinational companies, diplomatic entities, and international organizations on complex transactions, cross-border investments, and legal restructuring. Skilled in high-value contract negotiation, compliance frameworks, and governance systems.

DR. ISMAIL ROUSHDY

Supply chain expert with 21+ years of experience across Egypt and the Gulf. Skilled in strategy, procurement, logistics, and digital transformation (ERP, analytics, automation). Proven track record in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, food, fashion, and international trade. Advisor to leading organizations, government entities, and educational institutions in MENA.

DR.Amr Abdellatif

Amr Abdellatif is a seasoned management consultant with extensive experience in national transformation and organizational excellence across government, private, and non-profit sectors. He has collaborated with international experts to implement Lean Management, Operating Models, Strategy and Performance Management programs. Currently, he is undertaking his PhD at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), focusing on integrating AI into change management consulting. His work has earned him numerous prestigious awards from global and national institutions.

MOHAMED TOHAMY

15+ years of experience in leadership, organizational transformation, and corporate training. His expertise includes executive coaching, HR development, marketing, and sales. He has worked with leading organizations such as GET Group, ESRINEA, Al Nakheel Group, Huawei, and GTS, and served as lead trainer in the Management Development Program with the Royal Saudi Air Force and KACST.
